Directions for Use

Starbar® Fly Bait Station

ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS: Remove all contents from box. Remove and discard the tape that holds the three fly trap pieces together. Place open end of center piece on to base and slide into locked position (you will hear it snap into place). Repeat with the top of the trap.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Open the hinged panel to the bait chamber on the top of the unit and fill with the recommended amount of bait (see product label for specific directions for use). Hang unit outdoors approximately four feet above the ground out of reach of children, pets, or livestock. Dead flies will accumulate on the base of the fly station. Add additional scatter bait as needed.

Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.

You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.
