Designed to match up to Tempest original turnouts, this neck cover is constructed of 600 denier ripstop ShireTex with loops to attach to dee rings on blankets, and dual velcro hook and loop closures on neck.

Machine wash cool with non-detergent soap. Allow to air dry.
