The Reinsman Van Hargis Offset Dee Snaffle is a great bit for starting horses, training or maintaining steady contact. It combines the qualities, features and benefits ofclinician and true horseman's, Van Hargis', uniquely designed Offset D-ring snaffle with the versatile Billy Allen mouthpiece. This is a great bit selection for the horse tending to be a little loose in the neck and shoulders. The limited movement of this mouthpiece helps stabilize the shoulders while still being able to aid the horse laterally on the corners of the horses mouth independently. Golden Glide Bushings are designed to further enhance the smoothness of the independent cheek movement allowing for more precise cues,eliminate the cheek connection from pinching the horses lips andsmooth the movement of the cheek piece for better feel and performance.
