The Reinsman Diamond R Copper Inlay Stainless Steel D-Ring Snaffle Bit has a 5" mouth and 2 1/2" dee. This is a great everyday bit. The fixed dees apply pressure to the horse's lip on the opposite side of the face, so it's ideal to ride with two hands and direct rein. This is a great bit for starting horses, training, or maintaining steady contact. The stainless snaffle mouth has copper inlays because copper causes the horse to salivate which helps keep his mouth soft and supple. Diamond R products are designed and manufactured to Reinsmans specifications and quality standards. Products were developed to provide a value priced option to all riders.
