The Pet Life Enterlude Electric Heating Wire Folding Travel Pet Tent Crate features an intelligent electronically powered built-in heating system that is powered at the push of the button. Once the button is pressed the button turns red and the heating nodes located inside the comfortable gel-foamed cushion begin to activate and a light warming sensation is comfortably applied to the pad.  It features Thermal Control Technology, an embedded safety feature that automatically turns off once the inner pad reaches a certain warming temperature.  The Enterlude features a wired folding exterior that is extremely lightweight and collapsible as it folds closed and opens in seconds making it ideal for travel.  It is AC powered and features a built-in zippered compartment for the fan. Well designed and crafted, it looks great in any home or office setting.

Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.

You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.
