Ozark Mini Engraved Neon Halter w/Lead and 1 Tag

Top of the line with 3/4" double-ply nylon - made to last for years to come! The eyelet holes are reinforced with grommets to prevent fraying. Has an adjustable chin. Great all-around neon halter with that little extra touch of class. Perfect for gifts or as award halters!  3/8" round 5' leads with brass snap.

Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.
