Equilibrium Replacement Charger for Pad and Mitt

  • Suitable for use with the Equilibrium Therapy Massage Pad and Massage Mitt.
  • Fitted with indicator light.
  • A full charge of the battery can take up to 12 hours. The charger indicator light will be red when the battery is charging and green when the battery is fully charged.
  • It is recommended that the new silver battery should only be charged with the new universal multi-plug charger.
  • Designed to be used together with the new silver battery for the Equilibrium Therapy Massage Pad, and new style 2016+ Equilibrium Therapy Massage Mitt.
  • The new Equilibrium Therapy silver battery should not be used with the old style Equilibrium Therapy Massage Pad charger.
  • The new universal multi-plug charger should not be used to charge an old style black battery.
  • The new Silver Battery will work with the older style Equilibrium Therapy Massage Pad (black or navy in color), however, it can only be charged using the NEW Equilibrium Therapy International Charger.

Please DO NOT SHIP footwear (boots or shoes) in the manufacturer’s original box. Do not write or attach shipping labels to the manufacturer’s original box, you must ship all footwear in a protected box with the original box packed inside.

You must call us at 1.888.653.0026 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.
