Graham cracker crust (store bought or made with 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 6 Tbsp. melted butter)
6 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate, 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 cup corn syrup, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup whipping cream, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Whip cream cheese until creamy, then add chocolate. Gradually add corn syrup until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, Mix in cream and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes until middle is almost set. Cool on rack. Refrigerate about 2 hours. Serve with fresh fruit, whipped cream or cherry pie filling.
