S'more bars, Yum!!!
  • Made these the other day (gluten-free) and Kelly ate 8 of them!!!  Used gluten-free graham crackers but you can use regular ones too.
     
    Enough graham crackers to cover the bottom of a micro-waveable 13X9 baking pan
    1 bag mini-marshmallows or cut regular sized ones in half
    12 oz. pkg chocolate chips
    2/3 cup corn syrup
    3 TBSP butter/margerine
    2/3 cup peanut butter
    3 cups Rice Krispies or Rice Chex
     
    Cover bottom of pan with graham crackers, spread marsmallows and microwave for about 1 minute, until puffy and melted.
     
    In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter until chocolate is smooth, don't overcook!  Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.  Add cereal, spread over marshmallows.  Refrigerate for at least an hour until solid.  Slice and enjoy!!!
