Chance glad to see you are up on things and you share it with the people. It's amazing how few people have a clue on whats going on in this Country. We are digging a hole deeper and deeper. That hole is getting deep really fast.  What blows my mind is these politicians go in and sign these bills and never read them. It's the pages in the middle or back that have all the hidden statements that go into effect that have nothing to do with the bill. That's what gets us into a lot of trouble too. I'm just really fearful for my children and grandchildren. Afraid they're not going to have the freedom. Gov. is going to be running their lives more so than now..... Thanks for sharing.

I doubt all the law makers have read all 1000 pages

Its all pretty scary to me, I think the Gov. has way to much control.

This is all very scarey especially for us old folks!  Sounds like they are planning to "throw your mama off the train!". 
 
As a baby boomer with no medical insurance because of its HIGH COST-if they tax me because I don't have insurance...where do they think that tax money will come from?   As it is now, I have not  seen a doctor since 1987 and only seen a nurse practioner three or four times at $75 a pop for an office call.   I just tough it out and hope for the best.  Thank God I am pretty healthy except for asthma.   I make too much for any medical aid, but am too poor to afford regular health care/medical insurance. 
 
I think this country is ready for a revolt! 

they are going to gut the present medicaid and medicare to pay for this  monstrosity
labeled health care reform.
 
They have something decent  for the seniors now.  but that will end   and seniors
will be on the short end of the stick.   and will get the least of the doled out share
of care.   
 
Just think if they can get the number of seniors who die earlier than they would have
think of how many billions will be saved by not having to pay for physicians and
hospitals but also money Social Security will not have to pay out.
 
Social security  that is a whole nother hot subject.
 
and Obama's  figure of 45million without some type of health care is over stated also
figures that some experts  say   14 to 15 million people is alot more accurate.
 
I know that there is a company that advertises on tv here that for a little over $6.00
a day you can buy health insurance.   But figure that up, for a single person  $180 a month at $6. a day and for a family   over $300 a month.   For alot of low, minimun
wage workers that is like a weeks pay every month for a single worker. 
plus if they are working  don't forget the 6.2% that is deducted for Social Security
and medicaid everypay check.  not counting Federal withholding if there is not any
dependents.   state ,   local, city,  tax all still come out of that  $290. a week pay.
(40hrsX $7.25 min wage)  
 
Plus you still have to get to work so that means a car
gas, maintance,  insurance.  licence fees,  state yrly. inspections.   Roof over your
head,  if you are buying,  all those extras too like insurance and utilities  and sometimes
those fees even if you rent.
 
and Now they are going to deduct health insurance fees straight from your
banking accounts.  (manatory you provide the acct.#'s to the government.)
or tax you for what you get through an employer.
 
Personally   I want the Insurance Coverage that the congress,  senate,  president and all the other high government officials get free with our tax dollars.
(obama already said he isn't giving up his Federal Medicial Insurance,  he said
he and his family should have every option open to them for care. tests. etc.)
 
Or.    they have to use the same health insurance they say is good enough for the
common people. 
 
 

That's what I like about the stinken Gov. they make all these wonderful laws. But they aren't good enough for them, just like SS they don't put into that, they have they're own retirement fund. Same goes for school, Gov. has their nose way too much un it. Most of the politicians send their kids to private schools. It just never ends.....
