I knew it's been too good to be true here with our nice brown warmish winter. • Remali Posted : 2/27/2012 5:41:40 PM I'll keep you updated. They're saying some areas may get over a foot of snow. Since I'm no longer working now, I can stay home if the roads are bad... so that is what I will do, I don't plan to go anywhere, except maybe a quick two mile trek to get a few groceries. We've been so lucky this year, this is our first snow storm of the 2011-2012 winter season. Areas just north of me (by about 45 miles) could see 10 to 16" of snow... ish...ish....ish....ish. My health issues and my lumbar spine issues got worse tho, if I do ride, I'd have to just walk along at a slow, easy pace. I'm about an hour and a half, or so, from La Crosse. No snow or ice here, yet. But I can see on the radar that it's getting close. Looks like we may be spared the huge snowfall, we may get more of a sleet and ice thing here. I got plowed out yesterday afternoon about 3:00, and temps are above freezing so it's already starting to melt. 50's for next week, woo hoo!
