Well, yet another fire outside of Redding. They were doing the supervised, one-lane, traffic thing on Sunday so I set out knowing there would be a delay. Got about five miles or so and the bearing on the Fan Belt tensioner spun. I was able to Mickey mouse it to work the power steering and the alternator. Limped back to Fawn Lodge. Went in to Weaverville for parts and fixed Jmebear's truck. Headed back to Oak Run about two O'Clock. The fire was out, but a logging truck attempted to take one of the many turns going up to Buckhorn grade and pass and flipped over. Got there just as they were setting up the traffic supervision. Waited about fifteen minutes and headed to Oak Run. Not a bad weekend all around.
