SUNSHINE!!! We got some of Debby yesterday and what a downpour...and me out in it after feeding the horse and then discovering eave trough water was going in the cellar...got a mattox and started digging with it...dirt very hard but did manage to make two channels to encourage it to stay away from the cellar. It helped...danged shirt is still wet.
Had the power go out about 3 times and lots of reports of limbs/trees on wires and burning. Thankful, no noticeable damage here other than a wet floor in the room down cellar where the wood stove is and the firewood is stacked.
This morning the sun is bright and beautiful and there is no standing water here.
