• DaneHaven Posted : 1/20/2022 12:57:05 PM It was 75* and sunny yesterday. Now it is 29* with winds at 30mph and wintery mix. Same through the weekend. Yuck. Yesterday was a quick ride with a friend. Another friend came to hold a horse while I trimmed hooves. Chica stands well for me on her own as long as there is hay to occupy her. So the girls got trimmed. Stay warm everyone! • face Posted : 1/21/2022 12:10:19 PM Our horses were trimmed yesterday. Another blast of winter weather possible today into Saturday. My gut last week told me we would lose power. This week, I don't think so. Last week The Weather Channel had drone video showing the tree damage here from the Ice Storm.  It is 32 now and the temps are going to drop thru out the day with the precipitation starting this afternoon. Sadly, last horse ride was the day after Christmas. La Nina was supposed to give us a dryer and warmer winter.
