Decor Down Day

• DaneHaven Posted : 1/3/2022 9:19:29 PM Took down the tree and all indoor decor yesterday. It was 20* and 30mph winds yesterday so a good indoor project day. I waited until today to take down gate wreaths. It was 18* but no wind. Bright and sunny. Very dry here so have had to double hay. Triple with the icy temps. I hope everyone is having a great new start. For example, here in the West, snow is a big contributing factor. So, for us, we pound the rebar or other heavy-duty metal stake into the earth behind the display using a rubber mallet. Then, preferably to a hole or aperture on the back of the item, place a solid chain or heavy rope. Grass or snow will hide the tether for the most part.
