I will see if i can get that done later after cattle duty.
Broke ice off the waters and added a gallon of hot water to everyone's bucket.
Filled the bird bath with hot water and broke ice off the big troughs for the deer.
Stoked up the fire and got a load of firewood. West furnace has been out sine Nov 1. (GRRR)
Ran hot water in all the faucets.
HEY I MOVED TO TEXAS SO I WOULDN"T HAVE TO DO ANY OF THIS WINTER CRAP!
We found the neighbors cow. Took 2 tries to get her loaded.
Second time she walked in with extra pressure from owner and another neighbor.
Since she has learned she can jump fences and wants to be with other cows. We told the (city girl) owner she can stay with our cows.
Pilot will probably haul her for her process date in January.
Sounds like city girl neighbor will be our endless supply for chicken eggs from now on.

She also has her own embroidery shop.
