Wife has been wanted to do homemade pizza for a while, used to be a Friday night tradition when the boys were still home, but isn't something you do for 2 people. The dough is made from scratch and she tries to match a crust at a pizza joint in NJ we go to when visiting my sister. This place has the best pizza I have ever had. The two local boys and their new babies.
Annual round bale delivery is today if rain holds off. Price has dropped $5 a bale from last year. Squares have dropped a $1. Getting 40 rounds and have yet to decide on squares. Use to get 100 but am thinking 50, just didn't go thru it last year with horse herd shrinking. Fine line in deciding as we must have enough for a bad winter but..... Finding hay around in in the Spring early summer can be difficult and expensive. Need to get it while we can and plan on a years worth.
