Pilot did some watering. I made the filling for fig bars from the figs I had picked on Thursday. I wanted to make Etoufee but don't have any celery.
The cupboards are getting bare again. I made the dark roux and stuck it in the freezer. It will save a lot of time when I do decide to make it.
Second choice for dinner was piccata but no lemons either. Maybe it will just be scampi?
Friday was a lot of interior framing at Cowie's. It is moving along. I am sure it seems very slow for them.
