Grazing Muzzles

I don't leave halters on my horses but one of the grazing muzzles has a halter with a velcro type closure. Should come off if caught. Should come off if caught. I have used it on different horses and it worked fine so far. During the first few months in spring almost all the time and then just during nighttime in summer. I am using the Best Friend Deluxe Grazing Muzzle. Easy to clean and doesn't rub too much. • theoldgreymare Posted : 3/23/2010 5:09:30 PM Horse.com has a breakaway muzzle that is the same as the Best Friends brand (I have both) for less than half the price.  Honestly, I have little luck keeping either of them on for more than an hour or two so the "at risk" pony lives on dry lot.  You might have better luck, this pony is a real stinker.
