Owner of Local Dealership Celebrates 30[SUP]th[/SUP] Year in Business
 
Canton, TX—January 2011—Mr. Bill McKinley, an avid horseman and motorcycle enthusiast has reason to celebrate.  This year marks his 30[SUP]th[/SUP] year as a small business owner.
 
Mr. McKinley began his venture in 1981 and ran the business for several years in Henderson, Texas as a farm and ranch supply company.  Soon he began to represent Sundowner horse trailers and ultimately moved the business to Canton, Texas.  Here, Mr. McKinley was joined by his sons, Heath and Matt, who would eventually play integral roles within the dealership…contributing to its growth.
 
Mr. McKinley#%92s business has evolved into to what is now known as Sundowner Trailers of Texas. It is one of the leading trailer dealers in the industry, offering an extensive product line of horse, cargo, flatbed and utility trailers as well as truck beds and business class trucks.  In fact, the business has matured into one that incorporates brands such as Sundowner, Lakota, Big Tex, CM, S & H, and SportChassis.  In addition to the product, Mr. McKinley has made sure to offer in house services such as financing and a full service department.
 
Mr. McKinley continues to run the company with great integrity as he and the family incorporate Christian values into its day to day procedures.  Now, 30 years into its operation, the business has expanded exponentially, more family members have become involved with its operation, and a new business name is being officially unveiled.  This year, in celebration of its 30 year anniversary, Sundowner of Texas will now be recognized as Triple M Trailers of Texas.
 
In light of the dealership growth, changing the name to Triple M Trailers of Texas is done in effort to go back to the basics as it applies to customer service and to focus on the importance of family in effort to build long lasting relationships.  Mr. McKinley is not only elated about the 30 year milestone, but also about the name change as it incorporates the McKinley name and emphasizes those standards and values that go along with being family owned and operated.  He feels that he “has been very blessed over the years,” and he is looking forward to continuing on for many more years to come.
 
What began 30 years ago as a single person operation has steadily grown into a business that has far surpassed anyone#%92s expectations.  The entire McKinley family is extremely proud of this amazing accomplishment and is grateful to the customers and employees that have helped achieve this great feat.
