Come find a horse that best suits your needs. Camp Anokijg has 50 horses consisting of various breeds, sizes, ages, disciplines, and skill levels. Each horse is used with youth and adults for lessons, games, trail rides, and general horsemanship activities. Keep the horse at your own camp approved location, tack is included.
Camp only charges $1 to lease, as it is set up similar to a free lease. Leasers are responsible for the horse's full care, management, and any associated costs. Previous equine experience or working closely with an experience horse person is required. The lease period is August - April.
