• Fancymules Posted : 6/18/2009 7:00:39 PM This has been my tears of frustration and joy for the last two weeks. He was born with contracted tendons in both front legs. I had to milk his mom and feed him from a bottle the first 24 hours. The next 48 had me out there helping him stand so he could nurse for himself ( which is WAAAAYYYYY easier than me milking his mom into a bottle ! ). Then after that it was changing his padding, resetting his splints and crying over the sores the padding made in his one leg. We struggled on and he never gave up. 2 weeks later he is now out of his splints and his sores are healing. Meet Gunny !
