  • Are you typing with an accent? [':)']  Where do you live?  USA?

I wonder if she has some "female" issues.  Maybe she has some other health issues.

What kind of feeding program do you use?
  • Hi,

Agree with hunterseat that physical issues could well be behind it. Sounds like she's not just an 'assertive' character but is being defensively aggressive about something.

After you've ruled out or treated any physical issues, I would find yourself a *good, considerate, respectful* trainer/instructor to work with you/her if possible. It sounds to me that you could do with some knowledgeable help. I know you said you can't afford it, but you may find a non-professional, or someone that you can exchange services with, instead of paying in the cold, hard variety.

If riding with other people, be sure to put a red ribbon on her tail/crupper, as a signal of a kicker(is that a universal sign??) and warn people to stay away.
