My old 22+ Appalossa mare is having trouble giving to the bit she will turn and listen to leg commands but when she reaches the point where i tacked her up she then turns into a subborn horse who no matter what i do will not give to the bit or leg pressure, i can't stop her. She has never ran away just decided she was done. I really would like to take her to other sites to trail ride and also i would like to show her in four-H but i can't do that if she decides when she is done. Please HELP!!!!
