Need help with saddle

• 3equines Posted : 7/22/2010 3:46:24 PM I don't know the "new" value for that saddle maker but your saddle looks like it is very well-made and in nearly perfect condition.  It is a 14" seat so it is kinda small for an adult, it looks to be built like a barrel saddle, I would say just at first glance it is worth at least $300, and that's without knowing anything about the maker's reputation.  Don't mention the age when advertising it, unless there are stress points and wear marks that make it obvious (for me, a saddle I use for 1 year will look like its been around for 20!)
