• danastark Posted : 10/17/2014 4:36:56 AM They live in a pasture rather than a small corral and get to have buddies and be a "herd." They get carrots and apples whenever I see some on sale or grab extra bags. I pick grass and give them handfuls. When we trim the edible trees, they get the branches to nibble on. When we go trail riding, I let them graze and we always take extra carrots and apples for snacks for them. They get loved on and scratched in their favorite places. On their birthdays and holidays they get extra treats. My big guy likes to get hosed off on hot days.
