Here are some pictures Kelly took of Cody and I during the two tests we rode today. We're still at the walk/trot level (and will be for some time!!) but today was an improvement over last show

He wasn't quite as spooky but more buddy anxious, calling out several times during our test but still it was an improvement. We actually got our first "8" on our entry down the centerline and halt of the test!!

The judge actually took a couple minutes to talk over the test with each rider! We, of course need to work on getting him more rounded, flexing, etc........

You look great on him!! SUCH a pretty boy! I'm sure your leg would be more effective in a dressage saddle, wouldn't it? I don't know much about dressage. I think I've taken 2 dressage lessons.

Thanks! He looked pretty good considering I didn't get to give him a bath yesterday due to the adoption ceremony, 6 hrs. of driving and a Pony Club mount!

I would LOVE a dressage saddle but it's not easy to find one in XW that I can afford ':)'

It's hard to wrap my lower leg around that big barrel of his!
