• live4horses Posted : 4/4/2012 8:21:53 PM     It feels like it's been forever since the last time I was on here. Well, as promised, here it is! My week, so far, has been pretty good. I rode Hugo Boss on Sunday (the love of my life []) and jumped up to 3.3. That's pretty big for a pony who is only twelve hands. I fell off of him because he crow hopped to the side. I'm at school this week, but next week and Friday is Spring Break!! I'll tell you all about it on next Wednesday. My days have been pretty calm. If any of you have any stories of yourselves or friends falling off, I'd love to here them! • danastark Posted : 4/4/2012 8:42:33 PM LOL!  If we have stories...... hmmmmm, so many stories to tell...... what about ones where the horse fell with you?  Had that happen twice....... On my current horse, Cody, who is 18 hands, the only time I came off, he is so tall, my daughter said I did a complete somersault before I hit the dirt....... He was 3 and feeling his oats, surprised me with 3 quick bucks at the top of a hill as we trotted up.  Then he looked down at me like "What are you doing down there???"   Would love to see pictures of your little jumper! Like this one time, this really mean pony named Mudpie, after a jump he took off and threw me into the wall! My elbow was really badly bruised. Another time, my friend was doing a course, and the horse she was riding caught her front hooves on the hole and summer saluted through the air. She was okay, but she was limping and had a soccer game the next day.
