Well most of you know about my bobcat issue. The trap has been reset and ready to go to catch the little bugger and re-home it.
So Saturday I am getting ready to go to Jonathan's ball game. Just get out of the shower and look out the back window to see the bobcat sniffing the trap at the closed end. So I get excited and run to get my camera and gun.
Towel wrapped around me and I book it for the bedroom----slip on the tile bathroom floor and hit my head on the door jam headed to the bedroom. I jump up, thinking oh shiznit that hurt. I get to the kitchen with gun in hand and as I go to grap the camera I slip on that tile and fall again. This time I have lost my towel and my head really hurts with my back throbbing. Jonathan comes flying over to see what is wrong and starts laughing. There I am laying on the floor with a gun in one hand, towel in the other, wet, mostly not covered with the towel and in pain.
My loving son says to me, "Mom, I think you need to get dressed and have more coffee this morning before you try doing anything else." "Please behave when you go to my baseball game today and don't tell everyone about this because I am too embarassed."
Little turkey.
For the record the gun is to scare the bobcat off, not kill it. I just want it gone from around me, not gone totally.
