Finally! Pray all goes well, it's not 100% yet, but very close, I am just waiting on the final paperwork. I've been on a waiting list for several months now for this new place, I rent. I like the fourplex I live in now, but after going on social security disability two years ago, and the ever-constant increase in my rent going up every year, and increase in utilities, I can't afford it here any more. This new place caters to people on disability, so that will be very helpful (and pets are welcome there). Also, I will be moving back to the town I used to live in, I miss it (it's just 15 miles away). Also, the landlord here is pretty wacky and not-so-nice, their maintenance man seems to think it is OK to use his apartment keys and he will just walk in, unannounced, he did that once and I was in bed asleep yet, I woke up to my dogs raising a ruckus out in the living room (good dogs!). He got an earful and so did the landlord, what they did was illegal but they don't seem to care, so I don't feel 100% safe or comfortable here. The place I plan to move into is fairly new, and all one one level. So, with luck I plan to move sometime in the next month or so.
