Well ladies it's that time of year again... Time to break out the show stuff and clean it up and try it on... Then whine about how our chaps are snug or we just have a few extra pieces trying to smoosh inside our slinkies...
A lot of us are whining about needing body shapers....
Ok most of us... Unless we're those lucky impossibly thin gals with legs that go for miles that make ANY horse look good.
... Not me.
In other words? IT'S DIET TIME!
A week ago I busted out the veggies and the chicken and the fish and the fruit and the high fiber and whole grain everything... And sadly kissed my McDonald's fries and Starbucks peppermint mocha frappacinos goodbye until I've reached my goal (ok I did cheat... I had KFC but I'm trying!). Being a naturally bigger girl... This is going to be the BIG time. IE: I'm losing more then just what it takes to make me happy in my chaps.
