Upheavals and drama....*sigh*
  • Ugh....this last week has been a complete nightmare.  It all started with my sister's dog Simone having to be put down...she had brain lesions and severe deterioration of the spine (caused by arthritis) and that really sucked.  Then my sister's boyfriend got seriously drunk and caused a huge scene which resulted in me getting a bit violent (I shoved him into a tree -  but only because he was being so awful), and then him and my sister kind of broke up, but not properly...I told him never to set foot on the property again when he was rude to my mom and threatened to beat my brother up.  But that's kind of sorted now, except he got retrenched, which /really/ sucked.  And then my mom's horse had to be put down, because he's got cushings and a heart murmer and he's 18 and about as loopy as they come.  Basically, we can't afford to keep him anymore, because, we're pretty much broke too...although, we're surviving.  So, he's not the kind of horse that we can home as a happy hack type because he's seriously a difficult ride (Still acted like a 2year old)...so we're /really/ sad about that.  *sigh*

    And that's the drama.

The good news is, I have found an awesome pony who the owner wants me to back and school...and I'm having loads of fun doing that...the pony's name is Poncho, I'll try get some pics to show you all.  And I'm absolutely /loving/ my job!!! :d
