• danastark Posted : 11/14/2011 4:35:08 AM Today was a banner day for delectable eating   Started out the day with pumpkin-cranberry-walnut scones, then the neighbor brought over some slices of a roast lamb for lunch with a salad including a homegrown cucumber, then made Creamy Chicken and Tomato Pasta for dinner (it was neat to use my homegrown parsley and basil and green bell peppers) and now have a chocolate creamcheese pie in the oven!  Good thing every day isn't a relaxing Sunday or I'd be in trouble!! I am tempted to make more to keep in the freezer.  Today I made chili and put it in the freezer for an easy riding or volunteer day meal.
