Connie I hope you have better luck getting your rain than we did.
The worry here is there will only be the first cutting this year.
Horses got bathed last evening. There was just enough of a shower to make them mud-balls.
Maybe a ride this morning. Then probably need to get back to watering.

I did make another 6 pounds of beef salami.
I made one roll with jalapenos and one with green olives.
Both were good and cool looking but center fell out after slicing.
Chopped jalapenos or olives mixed in if I do a repeat.
