• DaneHaven Posted : 10/19/2024 1:13:07 PM too dry and so dusty. No rain in the forecast. Predictions are for a warmer but drier winter. Just when we thought we were getting ahead on rainfall. Tex loved the trail ride we did Wednesday. It was rough country, A very fun and nice group. Going to take Prize on a ride tomorrow. 2 others are joining us. Plus B and whoever she chooses to ride. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. • studeclunker Posted : 10/22/2024 12:34:36 AM Well, headed for Fawn Lodge with the '58.  Got to the gas station and it refused to start when I tried to leave.   Spent a few hours there waiting for help to arrive.  Had a friend tow-start the truck, put some gas in the rescue truck and sent her home with profuse thanks!  Won't be towing the Horse trailer with this for a while.  It really needs some more diagnosing before trusting it that much.  Also had some trouble with the lights flickering and going out.   No running lights at all for the last fifteen miles of the trip.  Other than that it performed beautifully!  I wasn't entirely surprised and will work on it further.  Bit by bit it will get straightened out.
