Potato chip coated Chicken strips

• danastark Posted : 7/5/2012 3:13:12 PM Saw a recipe for this so got some Ranch potato chips, put them in the blender with a little tapioca flour (any flour really), some potato flakes and made a coating for chicken strips.  Dipped the chicken in egg, then put them in a large ziploc with the potato chip coating and friend in olive oil.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Turned out the best I've made yet!! • danastark Posted : 7/6/2012 6:08:35 PM We make baked french fries with parmesan, salt, pepper, chili powder that are fabulous!  you slice the potatoes, spray them with cooking spray and put them in a large ziploc bag with the coating, shake and bake for about 20 minutes.
