Breakfast Casserole
4 slices of bread, any kind
6 eggs
2 cups of shredded cheese, any kind
2 cups of milk
1 lb. of pork sausage or can be substituted for hash browns
Grease a 9x13 pan. Tear bread into chuncks and put on bottom of pan. If you are using pork sausage, brown and put on top of bread. If using hash browns, put them on top of the bread (no need to thaw the hash browns). Beat eggs and added the milk. Pour on top of the last layer. Sprinkle the cheese next. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 55 mins.
Enjoy. You can salt and pepper your casserole serving before eating. This way everyone has it done to his own taste!
