8 oz. dried pasta (spaghetti, linguine, fettucine), 2 chopped shallots or 1/4 chopped onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 12 oz. chicken *** pieces cut into bite-sized pieces, 1 cup chopped bell pepper, 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth, 1/4 cup snipped fresh basil, 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley, 10 oz. bottle/container of alfredo sauce w/ sundried tomatoes, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, pepper.
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Cook shallots, garlic and chicken. Add bell pepper and saute for a minute or so. Add wine/broth, basil and parsley and cook for another minute. Add alfredo sauce, milk and parmesan cheese and heat until warm. Add pasta and stir well. Enjoy!
