What do you want the foal to do? That is the best question to ask when choosing a stallion. If you want a western pleasure foal, I think the stallion you linked to would probably be okay even though the photos of him make it hard to tell what his flaws might be.
If you'd rather have a performance horse or hunter under saddle type foal, I think I would recommend that you keep looking at other stallions.
If you know what color you want, ALWAYS better to buy than breed. Same for pattern, I'm not a fan of the almost all white tobiano pattern that you frequently see so if I was going to keep the foal I might consider choosing a loud overo foal instead of breeding to a Tobiano stallion. Of all the possible foal outcomes, consider the one you like the LEAST. If that is what you end up with, will it be one you want to keep or sell?
