New Saddle - Dressage/Hunt Circuit

• DressageQueeny24 Posted : 1/12/2013 1:40:31 AM Hello, I'm looking into buying a new dressage saddle.  However, I recently acquired a new project horse (Percheron x Quarter Horse).  I never thought I'd be saying this but I am looking into getting into the hunter circuit for a while to familiarize her with showing (again).  I have a couple questions:   1) Stubben Parzvial saddle, has anyone had it and/or what are your recommendations/reviews on this saddle? 2) I know hunt saddles are permitted in dressage competitions, are dressage saddles permitted in equitation classes and/or hunt classes? Thanks so much in advance for your help!  As a dressage level three rider it's a bit new to me! • hunterseat Posted : 1/29/2013 1:53:10 AM I love Stubben ANYTHING but they have both hunt and dressage in that line so I'm not sure which one you're looking at. The dressage had a great review I found quickly - from someone who has one.   I'm going to step out on a limb and say for any hunt seat show class be sure your tack is correct. The correct stirrup length is so different for each style. Dana has more recent show experience.
