First, for comparison's sake - this is Willie a little over a year ago when I first got him...

Unhandled, studdy, not trusting.

Here is Willie Today...(btw - this is with over a week off since last time I worked him & gusty winds)

Yeah, I know - he is a mud monster. Should have seen him before I brushed him out!

I didn't notice any mud! Just a handsome boy in harness! I guess he's gelded now? Looks as docile as a lamb! Great pictures!

Oh yes, gelded for sure. Got that taken care of as soon as I could. I wouldn't call him docile as a lamb, but he is getting there.

He looks wonderful, like he knows the job he's supposed to do and is comfortable doing it. He doesn't look like a mud monster! Just a gorgeous horse in his winter coat ':)'
