Hey all -- I want to search for my last "check-in" but hrmmm.. it seems to be gone. Guess the old forum stuff didn't move forward.

How is everyone??

Things just keep on, keepin' on here. Busy with work, taking photos, working some more, processing photos, sleeping, working... the norm! Quirt is busy with work too. We try and spend our weekend on fun things and have suceeded for the most part. The critters are good and healthy!

Last week "the boys" Uncle Trav came and spent the week with them. The first night was interesting. Uncle Trav had a little too much liquid courage and found that even the calmest of ponies will show you a 10 pt. dismount if you're not paying attention. I call it liquid courage, it was more like...liquid all-common-sense-has-left-the-room. As a former bull rider, bull dogger, and bareback rider, courage wasn't what he needed. Anyway, the boys and Uncle Trav had a good week together. It was good for us all. Turd was even a good boy.

Not much to really tell -- we are all good, happy, and enjoying life....

Amazing. I really like the first one - the red background and all. Stunning, every one of them. I remember some of your other work. You are really quite talented, is this your business?

HELLO my friend. Long time no see. I can't even BELIEVE how much you have improved. Your pictures are absolutely stunning. Are you planning on a job carrier change? I think it could be done. the only bad thing is technology has allowed many an amacure to become a professional. So there are many out there. But I will honestly say those are some of the best i have ever seen. You need to start talking with some magazines. Really.

To much to drink huh. And were you partaking of the li-qure also????? I would love to see pictures of all the animals. I have seen the cats. But not horses yet. Maybe I just haven't made it that far yet. Please give that Turd a great big hug for me!

You sounds so happy. Hugs I have missed you.

My favorite was the stormy flag one. I LOVE patriotic pictures. I am just so impressed.

Thank you all for the compliments. I love taking photos. Not a career or even try. The market is flooded, and I'm not convinced there is anything special about my photos. They are just what I see -- and in return hope the evoke some sort of emotion.

Hi Shiver!!! HUGS! I can see the difference myself which is wonderful! I learn something new each time I pick up the camera. I think that starting a flickr page also made me more aware since I can look through thousands of photos and see what I like, what I don't, and how my perspective might have been different.

No photos of the animals to share at this point but th ekitties. We recently lost everything on the computer which is a huge drag since there were some very special photos of the horses on there.

Liquor? nah, very rarely do I partake.

I want to do something with the flag photo. I think that photo resinates with a number of folks because of the state of our country. I think it's one of my better shots and gets noticed.

Anyway, I'm off to shower and go to bed. Busy week!

I haven't tried to market at all. I just take the shots for fun and enjoyment. I've focused a lot of flowers because I have a wall I'd like to cover with flower shots..
