I'm not much for dieting, although probably could afford to lose some weight....
If you eat smaller portions, but don't go more than 4 hrs without some food, you will feel full. An apple is a good snack. Vegetables of any kind.
It's the carbs that are usually the high calorie foods. Stay away from ice cream.
