I found out today. Portsmouth. I was going to entitle this thread "HEY TANYA!!" but I didn't want to break the rules!
I'm seriously considering making it a vacation/road trip and stopping to visit along the way. I think I want to take boywonder. I think we'd have fun. It would be 2 days of driving about 11 hour days. I can stop at codyscorral's for a day or so. He's been there before. Then we could stop in NY. Or somewhere. If I can afford it, I think I'm going to go for it. I don't really want to fly into Boston and then drive a couple of hours. PLUS I'll be with my same co-worker who I refuse to ever ride with again. He would probably want to drive the rental!
Anyway, I was thinking about scouting out something for him to do during the day like sailing or something water oriented. Any thoughts?
We've always done cool things (things he probably won't appreciate until he's in his middle 30's or older) Also, it's cheaper to combine business with pleasure!

YEAH!!!! Let me know the dates and I will plan on doing the drive down to meet you. I will also look around and see what neat things Boy can do. There is a State Line Tack shop, but it is a little ways from where you will be. We can sneak across in Maine to Kittery which is really fun AND I WILL TREAT FOR LOBSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sooooo excited.

New Hampshire, State Line Tack, Maine, lobster............OMG! Can I go to? That sounds like so much fun.

If you could fit in some trail riding, it would be perfect!

Sounds like a great vacation. Wish that I could do something like that, but.....between the horses and Alie and needing to go see my Mom and other grandkids, it's pretty unlikely. Be sure to take your camera!

There's a definite positive side to the "kids" staying here. I've got to go for work anyway so.... might as well make the most. This is a followup class to the one I took in Montgomery. AND when I was in Texas at school last summer, one of the guys in THAT class is going to be in NH, too! Really good for my job, too.

Oh Hunter how fun! I say go for it too. I think you would be much more happier. And even though the boy complains he sure has fun too.

What part of NY would you be traveling through. There are actually quit a few members in the PA NY area. I'm from western Ny so if you are going through that area I might be able to help with some suggestion of places to stay.

Have lots of fun my friend. You sure do know how to make the military work for you! You go girl!

So far we're doing white water rafting and open mic night at Papa Mojo's. [ ':D'

] Then boy hits the bay with some fishing buddies in VA. At that point, there are some lesson possibilities...

Dash- Come up when I am driving down (not much of a drive for you 3-4 hours) stay the night and hang out. We can all meet up.

Boy Wonder is gonna help me "pimp my ride" I need some suggestions for my wheels.
