What I do is, once my pics are on my computer, I pull the one up I want and right click ON THE PICTURE and then choose EDIT. When it comes up it's usually HUGE. That's how the forum sees it - assuming you are now in your PAINT program. So click IMAGE from the top bar, then STRETCH/SCEW and, if you want the whole pic, put in about 30 and 30. That's a good size. After that, there's nothing but SAVE and post! [

If you want to crop, because when you're in EDIT you can really zoom in on certain features, you have to do things a little different.
What I do is, figure out what part of the pic I want to crop for the best effect. Then I get into PAINT (right click and EDIT). Then I usually try to go 50 & 50 on the IMAGE/StretchScew choice. If you need it a little smaller or bigger go to your UNDO button under the EDIT choice on the top bar. Then your dotted line box on the left panel of the PAINT window, drag around till you get it perfect. You should have your desired area outlined. Click on FILE, then SAVE AS and you're on your way.
Be sure, once you have your picture the way you want it, you save it again as JPG. (if you didn't crop it but just reduced it, it will still be JPG so, no worries.)
