Welcome!  I've got a domestic zoo at my house.  I was on the phone yesterday and arrived home, was sitting in my drive when a huge cat jumped on the back of my car and I thought my son was out there shaking it!  Oh... that's Sam, soon joined by his sister Tajah.  Who knocked SimpleMan off when he tried to jump up.  Mouse was no where to be seen.  Sox and MissKiddy were in the house. [&:]
GreatDane, 9-pound minpin/jack russell and assorted sizes in between amounting to...um... 7.  I have 2 that might have lab in them somewhere. [8|]
Then the 4 wooley mammoths in the backyard. []

Lol zoos are fun. My parents have ducks, chickens, cats, dogs, plus the horses, mine girl and my sisters 2 geldings.

Welcome!  Your mare looks like a gelding I used have, Smokey, gorgeous grulla.  I also have a lab/ACD mix, Skyler.  He's about 2 now, finally quit destroying my backyard and is doing great except he really has the drive to "heel" the horses, us, whatever!  Ouch!
 
We are in Southern Cal, have 2 horses, 3 ponies, 2 dogs, 2 cats, geckos, hamster, 100 gallon fish tank....... We enjoy them all though!  I have 3 daughters, 12, 13 and 18.  My two youngest ride with me and hubby does occasionally but more of a motorcycle guy.

Thanks Hunterseat. I will have to see if I can find some decent summer pics of her. She summer coat is much dark and you can see her zebra stripes to.


Danastark  I really like grullo now that I have one. They stand out a bit from the bays and chestnuts. Plus Ginger does not show the dirt and mud until you get up close. My sister has a grey gelding and he does not stay clean looking for long.

Lol, Zoe can be very hyper at times. She likes to just jump straight up when she gets excited, I call her a kangaroo Luckily she does not seem to be interested in chasing the horses. She will sometimes follow them out of the barn, but if she seems to get too interested I call her away. When i was younger my parents had a Rottie mix that would chase the horses and grab their tales. I definitely don't want that to happen with Zoe.

Ohh I would love a larger tank someday. They are just so much fun to watch, even if they take a bit of maintenance. Sounds like you have a fun group.
