Had a great, if soggy time at the Virginia Gold Cup races. My oldest son's wife joined me - I picked her up in DC on my way down and she was well loved by everyone. She's pretty awesome. So glad she came. We're on the last leg, waking up in MD and driving to her mom's in NJ where she will stay a week and visit family. After that there's no telling as my son will be driving to PA and she may meet up with him or fly back to Memphis. Either way it was a great time getting to visit with her. The races were great. Steeplechasing has no comparison. Just craziness!
Not a hard drive today but ready to get home. Work tomorrow.
