Ta Da! The bad actor has resigned!!!
A meeting this evening to plan moving forward.
Everyone is very enthusiastic.
We have a gorgeous day today except some wind to 25 mph.
I am not sure what to do with my day until the meeting this afternoon.
Maybe I will go get some square bales for DaneHaven.
My trailer is at Sis's as they used it to pick up their new to them bobcat.
I may as well make use of the trailer while it is in town.
Pick up square bales and probably dismantle the round pen and relocate it to Ever After.
I am sorry for JMbear such a struggle for her.
Dana the dessert is terribly simple.
15 ounce container of ricotta cheese. Warm in a bowl at 15 second intervals in the microwave.
Stirring after each interval for about a minute. You just want to get the chill off.
Add ricotta to a food processor and process the heck out of it.
Meanwhile melt semi sweet chocolate in the microwave.
15 second intervals for about a minute. I just use chocolate chips.
Allow the chocolate to cool a bit and add to processed ricotta and process some more.
You can pour the chocolate ricotta mixture into a graham pie shell and chill.
I skip the crust and just put it in dessert dishes.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or dust with cocoa powder.
