Tuesday Tacking

quilts today with the Lutheran ladies.

Chica has picked up a cough now.
Can't imagine she got it from Tex, his has been over for quite awhile.
We have a lot of smoke in the air from the burning cane fields in Mexico.
And it got very dusty and dry again with the high temps and sparse rain.
Don't need another vet bill.

I've been in several Lutheran Denominations. All of them have some version of lady's group that makes and gives away quilts. Often they'll sell a few to pay for materials and such. One of the issues with them is the many denominations. Some, one can hardly tell they're Lutheran. Others, one can hardly tell they're even Christian. Oh and the spitting and infighting. It's always entertaining when the various versions of this Denomination get together. We have potlucks in common too. #;~P---

Snoogie ookums had her itty bitty kitties. Looks to be eight of them. They look a lot like her. Hopefully they will be friendlier!

Forgot the farrier this month. Everyone's feet look awful. Except Socks. His are never a problem. Raven and the little-uns have been spending most of the day in the front yard. I finally closed everything off and they can go out there safely at present.
