I have to toot our own little horn here. Although little know about the Norwegian Fjord horse, we have come to love them more than we could have even imagined. They are hearty, low maintenance horses with HUGE hearts. And while they are technically mostly "ponies" with many of them being under 14.2hh, they are highly capable of carrying around large adults.
Fjord horses are also used in many therapeutic riding centers across the country because of their mild manners.
